Other Fishing Locations

I'm often asked by my customers about other fishing destinations, both in and out of Florida. Here are a few other options for fishing destinations that have a great reputation for quality fishing.

Washington State is home to a myriad of rivers that provide year-round fishing enjoyment. From Salmon fishing to Steelhead fishing both the Columbia River and the Cowlitz River are vibrant fisheries. Try Cowlitz river fishing for Summer-run Steelhead, or Spring-run Chinook Salmon fishing. While you are in Washingon also be sure to venture out and go Columbia River fishing with one of the many available guides.

Alakska is one of the most remote and ruggidly beautiful places in the United States. Just traveling to places like Kodiak, AK is an adventure in itself. Be sure to stay at the best Alaska Fishing Lodge for Halibut fishing, as well as bear watching. Let your Alaska fishing adventure being with with a sight seeing flight (by plane or helicopter), kayaking, whitewater rafting, wildlife tours, or glacier tours.

No trip to Florida is complete without an excursion into The Everglades. Fortunately, going Everglades fly fishing is made easy by one of the guides that are licensed by the National Park Service. The FL Keys are just a short drive from the Glades, and your first stop upon entering is Key Largo. Spend a day Key Largo fishing on the only living coral reef in North america.
