November 2018 Split Charter Fishing

If anyone is interested in splitting a fishing charter with another person or persons over the course of the next month, let me know what dates you are interested in and how many hours you would like to fish and I’ll see if I can get you squared away. Cost for the split charter is exactly half of the regular charter plus $25 for arranging the split. We have been catching quality kingfish just two miles off the beach for the last month and hopefully this will continue on into December.  With another cold front approaching in the next few days, it is probable that our large winter trout will be moving in as well.  There are likely still snapper on the near shore reefs so this would represent a third possibility. Best tide days that I have available during the next month are the following: December 19th thru December 26th….(Booked on the 21st).  If kingfish remain however, fishing for these speedy fish, as well as snapper, can be productive on average tides so the majority of days in December, with the right weather conditions, have good potential.  Let me know if you have an interest.

Fishing Rods For Sale – Jan 2018

Monster Winter Tampa Trout

I have 10 fishing rod and reel combos for sale this year.  Seven (7) of these are 7.5 foot Shimano Teramar Spinning Rods (PN – TMS-X76M – Retail Price $129.95) paired with Penn Conflict 4000 reels (Retail Price $129.95).  As always, I will be selling these approximately 1 year old rods and reels for half off retail or $130 per combo. These rods are the standard rods that I use to fish inshore for snook, redfish and seatrout…among other things. These are spooled with 10 lbs test Fireline.

I also have 3 other rod / reel combos available.  These are Star 7 foot Spinning Rods (PN SK1020FT70G – Retail Price $149.95) paired with Penn CFT 5000 reels (Retail Price $149.95). These will be available for $150 per combo.  I use these rods when “grunt fishing” for snook in the summer and for kingfish in the fall.  These are spooled with 20 lbs test Fireline.

As always, it’s first come, first served.

April 2017 Split Cost Fishing Charters

If anyone is interested in splitting a fishing charter with one or two individuals during the month of May, please contact me in the next few weeks so that i will have time to pair you up with other anglers.  I will need to know the days that you are available to go as well as the length of trip that you are interested in (4, 6 or 8 hours).  The cost of these trips is half of the full charter cost plus $50 for arranging the split.  Each angler can bring one other person on these split charters for an additional cost of $50.  So, for example, a 6 hour charter is $600.  On a split, each angler will pay $300 plus $50 for being paired up with the other angler.  Should this angler want to bring another person, that additional person will cost $50 more. Thanks
